Welcome to Downtown Card Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Downtown Card Shop.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, participating in a promotion, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our products, website, services, or content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of our website.

2. Trading Cards & Collectibles

Downtown Card Shop sells products that may include:

• Raw trading card singles
• Professionally graded cards and slabs
• Pokémon and other trading card game products
• Baseball, football, basketball, soccer, NASCAR, combat sports, and other sports cards
• Sealed trading card products
• Collectibles and related merchandise

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Because many products are unique or available in quantities of only one, placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee availability until checkout has been successfully completed.

3. Product Images & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.

For individual cards and collectibles, photographs may represent the actual item being sold when indicated. Customers should review available photographs and descriptions before purchasing.

Computer monitors, mobile devices, lighting, photography, and other factors may cause colors or appearance to vary slightly from the physical product.

Minor manufacturing variations, print defects, centering issues, surface imperfections, edge wear, corner wear, or other characteristics common to trading cards may be present.

4. Raw Card Condition & Grading

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the purchase of an ungraded or “raw” trading card does not include any guarantee regarding the grade the card may receive from a professional grading company.

Downtown Card Shop does not guarantee that any raw card will receive a particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading service.

Differences of opinion regarding centering, corners, edges, surfaces, print quality, or potential grading results do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

5. Professionally Graded Cards

Cards sold in professionally graded holders are sold based on the grade and certification displayed by the applicable third-party grading company.

Downtown Card Shop does not control grading-company standards or guarantee future regrades, crossover grades, certification decisions, population reports, or changes in grading standards.

6. Authenticity

Downtown Card Shop is committed to selling authentic trading cards and collectibles.

If you have a legitimate concern regarding the authenticity of an item purchased from us, contact us promptly with your order information and supporting documentation so the matter can be reviewed.

7. Pricing & Market Fluctuations

Trading cards and collectibles can experience significant and rapid changes in market value.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice before an order is completed.

Once a purchase has been completed, subsequent increases or decreases in the market value of an item do not entitle the buyer to a price adjustment, refund, or cancellation.

Downtown Card Shop does not guarantee that any collectible will maintain, increase, or decrease in value.

Products purchased from Downtown Card Shop should not be considered financial investments or financial advice.

8. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Inventory discrepancies
• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Duplicate or suspicious transactions
• Technical errors
• Products that are no longer available

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

9. Payment

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payment processing may be handled by Shopify and third-party payment providers and may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once a shipment is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Downtown Card Shop's control.

Customers should promptly contact us regarding orders that arrive materially damaged, contain an incorrect item, or experience another fulfillment issue.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, many products—including certain raw cards, graded cards, opened sealed products, live-sale purchases, and other collectibles—may be final sale.

Please review the Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

12. Sealed Products

Products sold as factory sealed are intended to remain sealed until opened by the purchaser.

Once a sealed trading card product has been opened, it generally cannot be returned.

Downtown Card Shop does not guarantee the contents, card selection, pull rates, card values, grades, or specific cards contained inside randomized sealed products.

Manufacturer odds and stated probabilities, when applicable, are controlled by the manufacturer and not Downtown Card Shop.

13. Live Sales, Auctions & Breaks

Downtown Card Shop may sell products through live-shopping platforms, auctions, card breaks, social media, or other third-party services.

Additional rules or terms displayed during a live event or imposed by the applicable platform may apply.

Bids and purchases made through third-party platforms may also be subject to that platform's terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform rules, live-sale, auction, and break purchases may be considered final sale.

14. Selling Cards to Downtown Card Shop

Customers may submit cards or collections for consideration through our Sell Your Cards service.

Submission of information, photographs, estimated values, or a collection does not obligate Downtown Card Shop to make an offer or purchase any item.

Any preliminary estimate or offer may be subject to verification of authenticity, ownership, condition, quantity, market value, and other relevant factors.

Sellers represent that they are the lawful owners of the items they offer for sale and have the legal authority to sell them.

Downtown Card Shop reserves the right to decline any purchase.

15. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, and discount codes may be subject to additional restrictions, expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, or usage limits.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
